Ashley Greene holds hands with her boyfriend Paul Khoury after leaving her birthday bash at DBA Nightclub on Thursday (February 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The Twilight actress turned 27 the next day and she was joined by her co-star and good friend Kellan Lutz for the birthday fun!
