Lea Michele breaks our hearts in this new song “If You Say So,” which is about her late boyfriend Cory Monteith.
The track appears on the 27-year-old actress/singer’s upcoming debut album Louder, which drops on March 4.

The song’s lyrics are haunting as she wrote it only seven days after Cory died from an overdose in July 2013.
The last verse reads, “I check my phone and wait to hear from you in a crowded room/I thought we would grow old/Mirrors in the smoke/Left me here to choke.”
