The 24-year-old Modern Family actress gazed into boyfriend Matt Prokop‘s eyes as they checked out the festivities.

The night before, Matt gave Sarah a sweet kiss on the cheek inside the AERIE + Filter Mag Annual Coachella Kick-Off Party held at the Yacht Club in Indio.
