Adelaide Kane rocks a little black dress at the Playboy and A&E Bates Motel Event during 2014 San Diego Comic-Con on Friday (July 25) in San Diego, Calif.

The 23-year-old Reign star joined stars of Bates Motel — Olivia Cooke, Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga — for the Patron XO Cafe and Triumph Motorcycles sponsored party.

After the party, Adelaide revealed she had to make her way back to the Reign set.

“I’m so tired I feel like I’m drunk. Off to work. Straight from the airport. #thethingsidoforyouguys #incomprehensible #allthenope #no,” she tweeted.
