Want More Reason To Love Zendaya? It's All Right Here

We’re starting to think Zendaya is from an entirely different planet.

The 17-year-old actress/singer turned heads and showed off a bit of skin in a cute cropped sweater while out and about in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (August 5) where she shopped around for some new jewelry with her manager.

“A lot of people expect things from Disney Channel stars, being that they’re from a younger fan base,” Zendaya recently shared with Gossip Cop about the Disney Channel star label. “[The issue] is adults being like, ‘Oh, I don’t like that!’ when they were doing that stuff [and] it just wasn’t televised or it just wasn’t displayed for the whole world. They just got to do it in their own personal life.”

She added about getting compared to others with the same label: “Things that they’re doing are not what I’m gonna do because I’m not them. We’re completely different people. You can’t really [say] ‘Oh because they did it, now [this one will].’ That doesn’t make any sense. I don’t want to ever bring anyone else down for any decisions they made when they grew up, because everyone’s growing process is different, everyone learns differently.”
