Bella Thorne strikes a pose while on the red carpet for Instyle Magazine’s 20th Anniversary Party held at Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel on Monday night (September 8) in New York City.

The 16-year-old actress bared her midriff in a matching crop top and skirt.
