Sam Claflin Met Wife Laura Haddock at an Audition & Knew He Was Going to Marry Her That Day!

Sam Claflin exits the Today FM studio and gets ready to brave the rainy weather on Friday afternoon (October 3) in Dublin, Ireland.

The 28-year-old Hunger Games: Catching Fire actor was in town to promote his new film Love, Rosie.

Recently, Sam revealed that it was love at first sight with his wife Laura Haddock.

“I walked into a room and saw her and I left the room and called my agent and said ‘I’ve met the woman I want to marry’,” he told Today FM.

When he wasn’t offered the part, he confessed that he wasn’t too upset, saying: “I’ve met the director a few times and he’d say to me, ‘I’m sorry it didn’t work out’. But I’d say ‘It’s fine, it’s fine, I met my wife, it’s absolutely fine.”
