OlderJK Rowling Tells Harry Potter Fans There Was One Jewish Kid at Hogwarts
JK Rowling just shared a fun fact about the religion of one of the characters in Harry Potter!
The 49-year-old writer decided to answer a question by a fan named Benjamin Roffman, who asked if there were Jews at Hogwarts.

“Anthony Goldstein, Ravenclaw, Jewish wizard,” J.K. tweeted, in response to Ben‘s question.
In case you didn’t know, Anthony appeared in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, in which he fought in the Battle of Hogwarts.
