Cody Simpson Gives A Brick; Performs At Cotton On To Help Build A School in Uganda

Cody Simpson sings a soulful song to his fans during the “I Give A Brick” Campaign event held at Cotton On on Tuesday afternoon (December 16) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 17-year-old musician played some tunes for the crowd full of fans, including his new tracks “She’s Still Smilin’” and “Flowers”.

Sister Alli was also spotted in the shop, picking up some last minute holiday gifts.

The “I Give A Brick” campaign, which was started by the Cotton On Foundation, is aiming to raise $1 million to build a school in Nubbunga, Uganda. Every time the hashtag #IGIVEABRICK and @CottonOn is shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and Cotton On Foundation product is purchased during December, you’ll be helping raise money for bricks and materials to build a $1 million school.

The school is planned to be up and running by mid-2015.
