Rita Ora Is 'Grateful' for Her Song's Oscar Nom!
Rita Ora jokes around with the photographers while making her way into a friend’s home on Tuesday night (January 13) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 24-year-old singer is having a great week after her song “Grateful” from the film Beyond the Lights was nominated by the Academy Awards in the Best Original Song category.
While Rita herself is not eligible for the award (the songwriter Diane Warren received the nomination), there is a good chance she will be asked to sing the track on stage at the big show next month.
“The oscars. Wow thank you for this nomination @diane_warren and I have had the best time recording this,” Rita wrote on Instagram. Listen to the song below!
