Lea Michele Takes Home Cory Monteith's Football Jersey After Wrapping 'Glee'

Lea Michele carries a memento of her late boyfriend Cory Montieth while leaving the set of Glee for the very last time on Sunday (February 22) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old actress shared the photo on Twitter, writing, “One last thing. <3"

Of course, it was the football jersey that once belonged to Cory‘s character Finn before he died.
