Debby Ryan hangs on close to a buddy as she heads into The Troubadour on Monday evening (April 27) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress and singer was gearing up to perform live with her band at the music venue.

Earlier that same week, Debby took to social media to send a message to those who aren’t nice, even if it’s for a reason.

“If you are a mean person but it’s because you’re hurting, you are still a mean person,” she posted to Tumblr.
