Miley Cyrus shows off her growing hair while grabbing a bite to eat with pal Katy Weaver at a Mexican restaurant on Wednesday (July 22) in Studio City, Calif.

The 22-year-old entertainer was nice enough to stop and take some photos with fans on her way out.
