Grey Damon gives off his best smoulder on the Style cover for Bello mag’s July 2015 issue.
The 27-year-old Aquarius actor opened up about his co-stars David Duchovny and Claire Holt and his inspirations for becoming an actor. Check it:
On the performances that inspire him: “Javier Bardem in No Country For Old Men, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman in Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead. Those were the two performances that really stood out for me… I wanted to try to make people feel the way that they made me feel…these two men in particular stand out to me because I think I can relate to them in weird ways. There’s such a beautiful ugliness they can show, rawness.”
On working with David: “Ah he’s awesome, we have a good sense of camaraderie, we mess with each other a lot for sure, play pranks on each other. He’s kind of my boss in a big way… He really nails it every time, so the only one who’s going to screw up is you.”
On co-star Claire: “I think she was definitely my ‘set bestie’, it’s just easy to be around her and to hang out with her, she’s so light-hearted and so on top of her sh**. Claire Holt is just a groovy chick, anybody would be lucky to hang out with her on set.”
