Elle Winter shows off her midriff as she steps out at the StyleWatch x Revolve Fall Fashion Party held on the The High Line on Wednesday evening (August 12) in New York City.

The 16-year-old actress/singer was joined by Blue Bloods actress Sami Gayle for the summer party.
