The day before, Gregg was spotted doing some retail therapy with her co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger.
“In lieu of gifts for my 18th birthday, I would love for you to help me raise money for the Boys & Girls Club,” Bella recently tweeted. She turns 18 on October 8!
