Victoria Justice Is Cosmo's Fun & Fearless Latina Of the Year!
Victoria Justice keeps it cute in a blue peplum dress as she arrives for the 2015 Fun, Fearless Latina Awards held at Hearst Tower in New York City on Tuesday night (October 13).
“Honored to be chosen as the fun & fearless Latina of the year,” the 22-year-old actress wrote on Instagram recently.
