Cara Delevingne and her girlfriend St. Vincent wait for their car outside of Nobu on Sunday (November 15) in Malibu, Calif.

The 23-year-old model and 33-year-old entertainer looked like they went on a dinner date that evening! We’re glad to see them still going strong after facing some split rumors this past summer.
