The 23-year-old superstar both starred in and directed the entire video!

Miley dressed up as a baby for the vid, where she sings about disapproving of a guy using baby talk when he’s trying to impress her.
“Da #bbtalk video izzzz out nowwwww!!!” Miley wrote on her Twitter.
