Nick Jonas was seen hanging out with actress Kate Hudson, starting all sorts of rumors the two may definitely be an item!

The 23-year-old entertainer and 36-year-old actress were first seen hanging out back in October, but the pair never confirmed anything was going on.

Earlier in the week, the duo were seen hanging out at California’s Mammoth Mountain ski resort with a small group.
