'American Idol' Cuts 5 More Singers from Top 24

ALERT – AMERICAN IDOL SPOILERS ARE AHEAD!

With the competition one week away from the live shows, American Idol is down to the top 14 contestants after cutting five singers during the episode on Thursday (February 18).

The judges were given all the power in the second week of the top 24 round. Last week they sent five singers home and they had to do that again this week to reach the final 14 contestants in the competition.
