Vanessa Hudgens Lands Role in DC Comics Pilot 'Powerless' for NBC!

Vanessa Hudgens has landed her first role post-Grease: Live in the DC Comics comedy pilot for NBC titled Powerless!

The 27-year-old actress will play the role of Emily Locke in the new show. Emily loves her job as an insurance claims adjuster but is getting frustrated by all the superheroes flying around, THR reports. She also likes to keep her head down and just do her work.

Vanessa‘s role in Grease: Live was critically acclaimed and we cannot wait to see her take on this role! This also marks her first regular role on a TV series.
