Ross Lynch Won Fave TV Actor at KCAs 2016; But Would've Rather Had 'Austin & Ally' Win
Ross Lynch may have won the blimp for the fourth year in a row at the 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday night (March 12) — but he was really pulling for Austin & Ally.
The 20-year-old actor/musician, who is still on tour with R5, won the blimp for Favorite Male TV Actor told co-star Raini Rodriguez over Twitter that he would’ve loved for the show to win, rather than him.
“Congrats to @rossR5 for winning best male actor 4 years in a row!!!” she wrote.
Ross replied, “thanks homie. I would’ve rather had Austin and Ally win…”
His co-stars — Raini, Laura Marano and Calum Worthy — posted a sweet message on Instagram later.
“Thank you so much for all of your votes. You. YOU the fans have changed our lives forever,” they wrote.
