Maisie Williams Teases Fans About Arya's Blindess for 'Game of Thrones' Season 6

Maisie Williams glams up for her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers in New York City on Wednesday night (April 13).

The 18-year-old British actress shared a little bit about how she handles Arya’s blindness in the upcoming season.

“I had to wear these contact lenses which are 16mm so [my eyes] looked really murky and they were so, so painful,” Maisie dished about her character’s eyesight problems.

She added, “Those were only for close up shots. I had others that had pricks in them so I could see more [for the non close up shots].”

Game of Thrones returns on April 24th.
