The 24-year-old stylist is clearly super proud of her growing boy, who will be 5 months old soon!

Meanwhile, Freddie‘s dad Louis Tomlinson is overseas in London where he played in the 2016 Soccer Aid match as girlfriend Danielle Campbell looked on from the stands.
