Charlie DePew Joins Freeform's 'Famous In Love' With Bella Thorne

Freeform’s Famous in Love just added another hunky actor — Charlie DePew!

The 20-year-old up and coming actor will star opposite Bella Thorne, Jesse Henderson, Carter Jenkins, Keith Powers, Niki Koss, and Georgie Flores.

Charlie will play Jake, a down-to-earth guy from the Midwest with an edge who aspires to be a screenwriter/indie filmmaker, according to Deadline.

Based on the novel by Rebecca Serle, the series follows Paige (Thorne), an ordinary college student who gets her big break after auditioning for the starring role in a Hollywood blockbuster.

She must now navigate her new star-studded life – and undeniable chemistry with her two co-leads – while uncovering the truth about what happened to a missing, famous popstar.
