Dove Cameron & Ariana Grande Are The Nicest Kids In 'Hairspray Live' Promo!

Dove Cameron dances around with Ariana Grande, Garrett Clayton, Derek Hough and newcomer Maddie Baillio in the first visual for the musical event which will air later this year.

The musical takes place in 1962 Baltimore, where teenager Tracy Turnblad’s dream is to dance on The Corny Collins Show, a local TV program. When, against all odds, Tracy (Baillio) wins a role on the show, she becomes a celebrity overnight and meets a colorful array of characters.

Hairspray Live!, also starring Harvey Fierstein, Jennifer Hudson, Kristin Chenoweth, Martin Short, Sean Hayes, Rosie O’Donnell and Andrea Martin, will air on December 7th.
