DNCE Dish About The Band with 'Fault' Magazine Before Playing V Festival 2016

DNCE take over the cover of Fault Magazine, available for pre-order now.

The band — Joe Jonas, Jack Lawless, Cole Whittle, and JinJoo Lee — opened up with the glossy about becoming a band.

“At first, we had a bit of a writer’s block and we couldn’t quite figure out the vibe that we wanted. And finally, we worked with new producers from Sweden and kind of just broke the mold,” Joe shared. “It all happened very quickly and we’re really thrilled with the reaction and how things have happened so far.”

He added about creating new music with everyone, “There are moments when it’s just me and the writers or the producers. And other times, there are the recording sessions and you’ve got the whole band in there, all collaborating. We can write anywhere, that’s why I love touring cause there’s always an opportunity to create when you’re traveling.”

DNCE is also pictured at London’s Islington Academy on Friday (August 19), playing 2016 V Festival at Hylands Park and G-A-Y Nightclub on Saturday (August 20) and V Festival at Weston Park on Sunday (August 21).
