Ashley Benson heads out of a workout during the day on Tuesday (August 30) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old actress met up with a friend for some lunch afterwards, just ahead of the summer finale of Pretty Little Liars, where she was live tweeting her reactions.

“Spoby feels,” Ashley shared with two tearful emojis on Twitter during the episode.

She added, “Made me emotional #spoby @SleepintheGardn @KeeganAllen.”
