According to People, the 24-year-old actress and singer is seeking treatment for her mental and emotional health.

In case you don’t remember, Selena announced in August that she was taking some much-needed time off after dealing with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks that come as a side effect of her lupus diagnosis.

A source said at the time that the break had nothing to do with alcohol or substance abuse.
