Dakota Fanning Keeps 'American Pastoral' Promo Going at Build Series

Dakota Fanning dons a cute and colorful dress for her appearance at the Build Series at AOL HQ in New York City on Thursday (October 20).

The 22-year-old actress joined co-stars Valorie Curry and Ewan McGregor, who also directs the film.

“It’s a first-person story of a woman who goes through the radicalization of these political groups. And it’s not just about these groups and the politics and the culture of America at the time, but it’s really specifically about what it was to be a woman in those groups�how marginalizing that was and the ways in which they would try to exert power or authority and how they were suppressed within their radical, marginalized groups,” Valorie shared with Vogue recently about the importance of the film.
