Rocky Horror's Reeve Carney Handcuffed to Car in New Tyler Shields Photo Shoot!

Reeve Carney is handcuffed to a car while wearing a latex bodysuit in this newly released photo.

The 33-year-old Rocky Horror Picture Show actor and singer was photographed by celeb photographer Tyler Shields.
