The 26-year-old actor arrived on set early to film scenes of an upcoming episode of his show MacGyver.

Lucas stars as the titular character who uses science to and creative thinking to help the government save lives.

The show is reboot of the show of the same name that aired back in the 1980s.

MacGyver airs on CBS on Fridays at 8pm.
