Lucy Hale Promises You'll See A Dark Side of Aria on 'Pretty Little Liars'

With only three days to go until the premiere of Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale is promising something big — Dark Aria.

In a new interview, the actress who’s played Aria Montgomery for seven seasons, dished about what she’ll be going through on the final 10 episodes.

“You’ll see a dark side of Aria,” she says. “I was so excited because they finally gave Aria something really dark to do. So these last 10 episodes are my favorite, at least for Aria.”

So, what does a “Dark Aria” mean?

“You get to see a not so nice side of her,” Lucy adds. “She may or may not betray her friends. So it was cool to get to do something a little different.”
