Gigi Hadid and her boyfriend Zayn Malik did a whole photo shoot together for Vogue‘s August 2017 issue!

The pair discussed fashion, and specifically the “new generation embracing gender fluidity.” Here’s what they shared…

Zayn, on being distinct with fashion choices: “With social media, the world’s gotten very small and it can seem like everyone’s doing the same thing. Gender, whatever�you want to make your own statement. You know? You want to feel distinct.”

Gigi, on mimicking Zayn’s look: “If Zayn’s wearing a tight shirt and tight jeans and a big, drapey coat…I mean�I’d wear that, too. It’s just about, Do the clothes feel right on you?”

Zayn, on being true to yourself: “People our age, we’re just chill. You can be whoever you want…as long as you’re being yourself.”
