The 18-year-old Modern Family star was spotted out with model Hannah Glasby at a farmer’s market on Sunday afternoon (July 30) in Studio City, Calif.

The duo held hands as the made their way through the market and grabbed some fun treats along the way. Nolan flashed a huge smile during the outing.

Nolan and Hannah haven’t confirmed that they’re dating or even spoken about their relationship so it’s possible they could just be friends!

Either way, we think these two look totally cute together!
