Dove Cameron hugs Sofia Carson tight inside LAX airport in Los Angeles on Thursday morning (August 10).

The two Descendants 2 stars, who play villain BFFs Mal and Evie, are headed to Central America for the film’s press tour.

“I keep sneakily turning up the volume on my iphone and my driver keeps subtly turning it down on his dash,” Dove tweeted this morning, en route to the airport. “It’s a standoff.”
