“‘Hurts Good’ is a song about desire and the temptation for things that might not be good for you,” lead singer Ross shares. “Everyone knows just makes those things even more appealing.”

He adds about the track, which he co-wrote with Ellington and Rocky, “It’s also an intricate song musically. The pumping synths and the driving beat ‘hurts good’ when you listen to it.

“It’s definitely a song to listen to in a dark environment.”
