Joe Jonas Actually Had The Best Reaction About Nick Jonas's Golden Globe Nomination

This week, Nick Jonas earned his first Golden Globe nomination for his original song “Home” from new animated movie, Ferdinand – and to say that his family is excited is an understatement.

Nick spoke to ET at the Jumanji premiere about his family’s reactions and basically everyone cried.

“I don’t think [my brothers] even knew I was in contention, so they were like, ‘Wait, what?’” he shared. “I called them both right away when I found out the news and my parents got on FaceTime. My mom was crying. It was a sweet moment.”

However, Joe was possibly more proud than we ever could imagine.

“[Joe's] just proud of me,” Nick added about his older brother, who attended the premiere with him. “[It's one of] those moments where life sort of stops for a moment.”

He added, “You look at your brother — and he’s here tonight � [and] he grabbed the back of my head and said, ‘Listen, I love you, I’m proud of you. This is a big moment — enjoy tonight.’ It felt good.”
