DC Entertainment Greenlights 'Metropolis' For Digital Streaming Service

DC Entertainment has greenlit another new series for its’ new digital service called Metropolis.

If the name sounds familiar, it should — Metropolis is the name of the city where Superman lives.

However, this series will be focused on Lois Lane and Lex Luthor — before Superman — as they investigate the world of fringe science and expose the city’s dark and bizarre secrets.

Metropolis, which has been given a 13-episode order, joins Titans, Harley Quinn and Young Justice: Outsiders on the service and will debut in 2019.
