The OTA & NTA Face Off in 'Arrow' Return Episode Tonight

Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) stays beside Thea (Willa Holland) in this new still from tonight’s return episode of Arrow.

In “Collison Course”, the OTA — Oliver (Stephen Amell), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity — and NTA — Dinah (Juliana Harkavy), Curtis (Echo Kellum) and Rene (Rick Gonzalez)– are still in a fight.

This time though, it’s all about Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) and Dinah is determined to find justice for her fallen friend, Vincent Sobel.
