Tallia Storm wows in a gorgeous floral ball gown while arriving at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival held at Palais des Festivals on Tuesday (May 8) in Cannes, France.
The 19-year-old “Good Life” singer was joined by DJ/producer Chantel Jeffries, who turned heads in a silver cut out gown, for the premiere of Everybody Knows (Todos Lo Saben).
