Niall Horan Sends His Congratulations To Louis Tomlinson After 'X Factor' Announcement

Earlier today, it was confirmed that Louis Tomlinson would be joining the judging panel for the new season of X Factor, and Niall Horan was one of the first people to send his congratulations to him.
