Emeraude Toubia Says Fans Can Expect An 'Unexpected' Series Finale of 'Shadowhunters'

Emeraude Toubia is opening up a little about the series finale episodes of Shadowhunters she just filmed the cast.

The actress, who has played Isabelle Lightwood for the past three seasons, spoke to US Weekly about what fans can expect.

“We shot the last two episodes, finished out the show, gave it a beautiful ending,” Emeraude says. “I think fans will be really happy with how it all ends.”

She adds that just ahead of filming the episodes, she “was crying” about them.

“I was on my way from Milan back to Canada to shoot the last few episodes, and I didn’t expect the finale it has. When I was reading it, I was crying and crying and crying. It’s really nice. Totally unexpected.”

Shadowhunters will air its’ two hour series finale in 2019 on Freeform.
