Sophie Turner Has Mental Health Reminder On Her Phone Case

If you missed it, the 22-year-old actress was promoting her upcoming movie, Dark Phoenix, at the Comic-Con there.

While leaving her hotel for another appearance, cameras got a glance at the reminder on the back of her phone, which reads: Social media seriously harms your mental health.

A strong supporter of mental health awareness, Sophie actually studied it while preparing for her role as Jean Grey.

She and director Simon Kinberg touched on schizophrenia, and “explored Multiple Personality Disorder as well. And what that feels like to kind of wake up and not know what you did, What happened and that shear panic and how that affects you.”
