Ross Butler Opens Up About the Meaning Behind His 'Unconditional' Dog Tees

Ross Butler‘s charity tees are still for sale!

The 28-year-old 13 Reasons Why actor partnered up with TELL to launch a line of t-shirts in support of non-profit organization, Best Friends Animal Society.

The tee feature three different dogs and now Ross is explaining why they all read “Unconditional.”

“They all say that dogs and cats love us unconditionally but when I was designing the shirts I wanted to flip the script a little bit because when you adopt a cat or a dog, they aren’t a ‘perfect’ dog. They usually come with some sort of physical issue or health issues or even psychological issues. But when you adopt a dog or cat and bring them into your family, you adopt them knowing this and you accept that you will love them unconditionally with their flaws, just how they love us unconditionally with all of ours,” Ross explained.
