Sophie Turner was nominated for a 2019 Emmy Award and her hubby Joe Jonas wrote her a cute note to celebrate!

The 23-year-old actress was nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Drama Series category for her work playing Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones.
