Madelaine Petsch Explains How She Bombed Her First Audition

Madelaine Petsch is spilling on what happened during her first ever audition!

The 25-year-old Riverdale actress revealed that she totally “bombed” the audition for a UCLA student film.

“I had to be this confident, sassy girl and I walked in like, ‘I’ve got this! I’m sassy!’ All went out the window…terrified!” Madelaine explained to Teen Vogue.

She continued, “It was a bunch of students in college, who, by the way, weren’t mean. They were very kind. But when you’re at an audition sometimes, they kind of write you off right when you walk in so they weren’t really looking at me. They had already decided I wasn’t right for the role and you could feel that energy and it makes you really insecure.”

Madelaine added that she was supposed to sit down in a chair during the audition and she missed, falling to the floor!
