Lucy Hale is putting her new hair color on full display while going out to lunch on Monday (September 28) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
The 31-year-old actress and her dog Elvis joined her BFF Annie Breiter for a bite to eat at Sweet Butter Kitchen.

Just before going to lunch, Lucy got her hair dyed a ginger/red color by her hairstylist Kristin Ess.
“Ch ch ch changes,” Lucy teased on her Instagram story.
“did a thing 👩🻔🦰 / @kristin_ess,” she then captioned a short video of the final result.
