Kristen Stewart's New 'Spencer' Poster Compared to Jennifer Lawrence's Oscars Fall

A new poster for Kristen Stewart‘s upcoming movie Spencer was unveiled today (August 25) and it quickly drew some attention.

The poster features the 31-year-old actress as Princess Diana in a white gown with her face down in the dress.

After the image hit the web, many were reminded of Jennifer Lawrence‘s infamous fall while going up the stairs to accept her Best Actress award at the 2013 Oscars, and compared the two images.

Funnily enough, Kristen was also in attendance at that Oscars ceremony!

Spencer is directed by Pablo Larraín and will be out in theaters on November 5th.

Here’s a synopsis: December, 1991 – The Prince and Princess of Wales’ marriage has long since grown cold. Though rumors of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at Sandringham Estate. There’s eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. This year, things will be a whole lot different.

The film follows Princess Diana as she spends the Christmas holiday with the royal family at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk and decides to leave her marriage to Prince Charles. Find out who else is starring!
